MAKING RESERVATIONS
TO REQUEST A RESERVATION. Complete the e-mail / fare request form attached to this site, or phone us toll-free at 800-544-9361 or (206) 784-9852. Our office is located in Seattle, Washington - Pacific Time Zone. We are open, Monday-Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Upon confirmation of your request, we will contact you with the rate and payment details.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS. Within 72 hours of confirming your request, the cruise line will require a deposit to secure your reservations. Typically, the deposit is $350 per person. Upon receipt of your deposit, Cruise Advisors/The Alaska Discount Cruise Guide will send you a written confirmation/invoice. This invoice outlines the particulars of your trip including final payment amount and due date.
Final payment is due promptly 75 days prior to departure. If is received no later than your due date, final documents will be sent approximately 3 weeks prior to your departure. Your documents will include all the tickets, baggage tags and cruise line particulars for a care-free Alaska vacation.
